Duties:
- Onboarding new customers
- Communications through live chat, telegram, and email;
- Analysis of statistics;
- Maintaining ongoing client relationships, identifying possible areas for expansion;
- Working closely with the Support team to resolve client queries;
- Solving customer problems.

Requirements:
- Experience in account management and client relationships;
- Understanding of the digital advertising market;
- English: Advanced or higher (C1+);
- Fluent knowledge of the Russian language (C2 pr native);
- Excellent written communication skills, clear and precise;
- Extremely proactive, self-organized, and responsible person with great attention to details;
- A genuine problem solver, able to troubleshoot quickly and accurately, identifying the real issue;
- Experience in remote working, and self-discipline.
Nice to have:
- Experience in working in a digital advertising network;
- Affiliate Marketing experience.
